The Goats Got Here

A new work trader and his 10 goats just got here. He is going to be here for 2 months or so, then if having the goats here is working out he will leave them here while he travels and when he gets back, if Emerald Earth wants to have goats, he will leave a few here. One of them just had triplets on solstice so they are very young still, those three are called Summer, Soul, and Stacy. They seem quite willing to be held but do like to get down and run around.

While I am talking about newish animals the baby chicks are growing fast. They moved into a large cage from their apple box at night and chicken tractor (small cage) during the day. Soon they can join the big chickens. Aria spent a lot of the day, before the goats got here, in the baby chick cage in a lawn chair playing with the chicks with a bowl of food in her lap, after the baby goats arrived she enjoyed cuddling with the goats.
